I am writing to you with regard to the recent case of an overdue account for the produced ten thousand copies of clothing catalogue.According to the terms of our agreement, the payment should have been already sent by you within thirty days of receipt of invoice. So far, despite my two reminders, no money has been transfered to my account..

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the current situation.You agreed on all terms and conditions of the contract, so you should fulfill all the terms. I am shocked by the fact that you still haven't kept the contract. It is the matter of honour that for an ordered product, one is obligated to pay.

I would be really grateful if we could resolve this matter peacefully. I am going to send to you the third reminder, giving you time of two weeks to pay the overdue payment. If that does not help,I will be forced to take this case to the court.
