I'd choose the second picture which shows a man listening to the music. It has been scientically proven that music relieves stress. There are no special skills needed, just our favorite band. I wouldn't choose the first picture because not everyone is able to do yoga, it requires skills and time to practise. Also I wouldn't choose the third picture because although working out may help you reduce stress, it doesn't work for everyone. And not everyone is a fan of running.
I do agree that stress is a silent killer because even though we're healthy, our body slowly stops working appropriately. It may cause long term diseases as well as heart attacks.
Nowadays people try to reduce stress by meds, yoga and other activities but our lives are full of everyday stress we can't avoid. It's not up to us how our nervous system works.
It is not always true. People react differently to stress. Stress keeps some people motivated and that's what they need to succeed.
The level of stress is comparable because people stress over different situations. Some people even say that high school students are more stressed than grown ups. Is it true? It depends who we're talking to.
