I know, no one likes it, but it really does work. Firstly, you'll feel happier and that's a scientific fact, because your brain produces endorphines while you're physically active. Secondly, your fat tissue burns quite quickly. I think you might like cycling. I go everywhere on my bike, because it's fast, cheap and beneficial for me and the environment.
