Za granicą zaprosiłaś znajomcyh na przyjęcie urodzinowe do restauracji. Niestety przyjęcie nie spełniło twoich oczekiwań. Napisz reklamację, w której:
-określisz cel listu i podasz, kiedy odbyło się przyjęcie,
- opiszesz, co się stało oraz jak próbowałaś rozwiązac problem,
- opiszesz, jak ty i twoi goście czuliście się w zaistniałej sytuacji,
- określisz formę i termin oczekiwanej rekompensaty.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to emphasise my disappointment with your restaurant's service during my birthday party on 23rd of September 2010.
It was all going very well, until one of the waiters had dropped my birthday cake. I didn't make it a huge problem until your employee refused to replace the cake with another one, saying it wasn't his fault he dropped it. I have tried to explain to him that I have paid for the cake, and there was no way it was not his fault, but he would not listen to me, and all he did was to offer me a free drink instead.
I am sure that you will understand how shocked me and my guests must have been. You must realise that this was my worst birthday party ever. My friends left upset, and so did I.
I belive that in this situation I deserve some recompensate for this unacceptable behaviour. Although, all i want is this man fired immediately, or I will be forced to press charges against your restaurant for moral losses.
