Shopping in malls is common these days. Concerns build their shops in every town to earn as much as they can. However, hypermarkets certainly make our lives easier, but there are also some drawbacks in this system.
The main advantage of hypermarkets is the price of products which customers can buy. We can find much cheaper food, cosmetics and clothes there but we are offered many attractive promotions too. We do not have to shop around the town so we save our time doing shopping at one place. Besides, more and more people admit that shopping is their new form of family entertainment.
On the other hand, hypermarkets can be dangerous in terms of our spending. Customers are influenced by ads and they often buy things they do not even need. While shopping in a hypermarket, many people can’t just buy things from only shopping list. Opening new hypermarkets causes the bankruptcy of small businesses. The shopkeepers do not have enough money to compete with supermarkets and organize better promotions.
Supermarkets may sometimes be a problem, but as for me shopping there is much easier and more pleasant. I am sure there will be more and more shops like that.
