2. Make notes about these things. Use words from your diagram.

3. Use your notes to write three paragraphs. Check them for prepositions, spelling and punctuation.

I think that celebrating Mother's Day is a very good idea. My mother tries so hard to make our family happy. She cooks, cleans, goes shopping and does many other things in the house. She is very busy because she has got a job as well.
I start planning everything at the beginning of May. I know that I have Almost the whole month as MOther's Day is on 26 May but I prefer starting early enough to have time for everything. First of all I have to decide what I want to buy for my mother. I want her to like my gift and I want it to be something for her. I always try to buy things she likes-a good book, a cosmetic or a vase for her colletion.
On this day I get up early in the morning and I go to the nearest florist's where I buy a bunch flowers. Usually these are roses because my mum likes them very much.
After school I always prepare something delicious to eat. I come home much earlier than my Mum so I have enough time to cook even a complicated dish.
After dinner I wash up and tidy the kitchen. Then I tell my mother to spend the rest of the day as she likes because I will take care of everything. So she reads a book. My father says she feels very neglected on this day and that he is a bit jealous. But he adds that he is proud of such a good daughter!
