I am writing to complain about the jacket which I bought last week in your shop.
I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with this jacket, because I wanted a black colour and a medium size. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the box, I found that there was a red jacket in a small size. I called to your company in this matter but I did not get any interesting answer so I am writing this letter to you.
