Zdanie "Ogólnie mówiąc..." zmieniłam na "Ogólnie mówiąc, jestem bardzo zadowolony z mojej nowej pracy" :)

I quit my last job. It happened exactly two weeks ago because the salary was low and because the commute was too expensive. Now I work in a very good restaurant in which, of course, I'm a cook. I earn a lot of money and I no longer have any problems with getting to or from work. Generally speaking, I'm very satisfied with my new job. As I've already mentioned, the last one was really badly-paid.

 

You know what? I have also moved. Now I live literally opposite the reastaurant I work in, but I'll tell you more about that in my next letter. Don't forget to give my regards to your parents!
