1) Yes, I can agree with this. Travels help in knowledge of the world, we see many diffrent places and this broades our mind. Peoples who travel a lot have developed a mind and imagination.
2) Advantages of travelling by sea are breathing of a sea air, whose we haven't everyday. View of a sea is as beautiful. Disadvantages may be sea sickness and cold weather.
3) I agree with that, because in every place in the whole world we miss about house. Nevermind If place would be the most beautiful in the world, house will be better to our mind.   
4) Green tourists may be mean, that they are friendly to environment or they aren't destroying anything where they are.
