People communicate less with other because of new technologies. Do you Agree? why/why not? give examples

I don't agree with the opinion above. New technologies, like mobile phones, computers with Internet and various programmes make possible communicating with people, even with those, who are very far from us. Maybe these people don't meet each other, but they can talk by phone, by gg, yahoo, they can chat. We can use new technologies to talk with friends and family, so I'm glad they exist in my life and they're really important to contact with other.
