1)Is it wise to use self-help books or Internet sources to treat yourself for various diseases? Why/why not?

2). On the Internet, find some interesting information about unusual illnesses or phobias. Present your findings to the rest of the class.

Czy mądrym jest używanie książek do samopomocy albo internetu w celu leczenia siebie z różnych chorób? Dlaczego/dlaczego nie? 
In my humble opinion it's not so wise to use such sources to treat ourselves. You can use them in order to get basic information but it cannot replace visiting the doctor. 

W internecie odszukaj interesujące informacje na temat rzadkiej choroby albo fobii. Zaprezentuj swoje "znalezisko" reszcie klasy. 
Polecam poczytać o takich chorobach jak:
Cold Urticaria, “Cold Allergy”
Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, “Stone Man Syndrome”
