I think that the values are based around inner and outer beauty. Snow White is beautiful both on the outside and on the inside, and the step-mother is beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside. It makes you think about trust values as well because the dwarfs welcome her into their home without hesitation. Gradually the story unravels to show friendship and a value when the dwarf's look after Snow White when she dies and give her advice on not letting anyone into the house.
Some people may say love is a value in the story but really the Prince only knew Snow white while she was in the trance so basically instead of love as a value we have marriage like most other fairytales.
