If the truth of a situation is unknown at the time a person speaks or writes , it is better to use the word " Might have" . May have and might have just different from the Time (Past and Present)

The difference between them : "may have" : is used for asking something exp : may i have your pen? "might have" : is used for statement but considering as maybe have something or not exp: jessica might have a scholarship to harvard university
might have in past tense
"may have" : is used for asking something
exp : may i have your pen?
"might have" : is used for statement but considering as maybe have something or not
exp: jessica might have a scholarship to harvard university
