To whom it may concern,

 

I am writing regarding to the young journalists' competition you organise. I'd like to take part in it and hence I've got a few questions concerning my participation.

 

First of all, I would like to find out if there is an age limit and if so what is it. I'm also wondering about the deadline, I know it's in May but i couldn't find a specific date on your website. 

Moreover, could you please let me know what is the format in which my entry should be presented? 

Lastly, I want to ask if it is necessary to post my essay by mail or would it be possible to send it by e-mail? What's the e-mail address I should send the essay to?
