You use it if you need help with some technicall issues. For example, you do not know, where to put wire.

Hot line is used for questions. This is used mostly for questions about products and software.

You call there if you have questions about things like: trip, restaurant locations, promotions. This is simillar to the hot-line, but there you don't ask for produscs.

Reservation line is used, when you want reserve a place in restaurant or a plane ticket.  You call there, to make sure, no one else wwill take your place.
