I would definitely recommend Zakopane, a picturesque town full of positive energy,bustling with life, inhabited by hospitable dwellers and visited by many tourists eager to spend a lot of time and money there. Zakopane is situated in the southern part of Poland, at the foot of the Tatry Mountains. It is an ideal place for mountain hikes, skiing and relaxing. If you're looking for a great opportunity to rest, that is the best option. Zakopane also offers plenty of historical sites to visit, for example: Szymanowski Museum, Church of the Holy Family, Krupówki, Jaszczórówka Chapel, and many more. You shouldn't forget about trying its delicious cuisine: oscypek (cheese), potatoe pancakes (placki), a great variety of traditional soups. Remember that food and drinks in cafes and restaurants are always prepared from natural ingredients. Moreover, if climbing appeals to you the most, Zakopane is a perfect base for it. You may start your climb at Morskie Oko, through Czarny Staw, and finish up in Rysy. Whatever you choose you won't get bored. There are also plenty of opportunities to take advantage of the busy night life; clubs and discos wait for young people who want to have some good fun.
