What are the disadvantages of spending a lot of time playing computer games?

Everyone says that playing computer games is bad. They never say why, though. One of the disadvantages is wasting time. Instead of playing you could do many creative things. And certainly many healthier ones. Another one is laziness. When you play games you don't move a lot and you become more lazy. Last but not least, it damages health. You can have many problems in the future with your eyes or your spine. Even though playing games is fun and entertaining, it doesn't really give you anything besides that. You can only harm yourself by doing it.
