Postanowiłeś napisać list do właściciela sprzętu : - określ cel listu i okolicznosci zakupu -opisz problemy jakie miałeś ze sprzętem po zakupiie ( 2 wady ) - zapewnij , że problem nie był z twojej winy i nie próbowałeś naprawiać sprzetu. - sprecyzuj jakiej rekompenstaty oczekujesz i dlaczego 120-150 słow
I am writing to you to express my disappointment in your products. I have recently bought a television set in one of your shops in New York. After I unpacked said goods and prepared it for work, I noticed that the remote control was not working. As if that was not enough, the TV itself had a broken aerial. I have decided to wait two days until I try to turn it on again. It turned out the TV was not working at all. I did not attempt to fix it, so the TV set is untouched. That is why these problems are not caused by my actions.
I would like to receive a full refound, for I do not wish to use any of your products again.
