-18x + 27 + (x-3)³ - x² + 4 - x³ =
-18x + 27 + x³ - 9x² + 27x - 27 - x² + 4 - x³ =
-18x - 9x² + 27x - x²  + 4= -10x² +9x +4
x = √3
-10(√3)² + 9√3 + 4 = -26 + 9√3
