In my company all the employees don't have to wear white and black outfit. We were a colours and comfortable clothes. Starting work at 9 am and finish at 3 pm. We are allowed to use mobiles, when we want to. The internet is the same. I very like this idea. We must eat and drink only the hour break at work. During work we should be quiet, but not too quiet. We can listen to music on mp3. The atmosphere is wonderful. We have thirty days a year on breaks. If we won't finish what boss want, we will have to do it at home and give it the next day. lub If we don't to do what the shef wants to, we will have to finish it at home and give him at the next day.

We can listen to music on mp3 players. The atmosphere at our workplace is wonderful. It is very friendly. We have thirty days off a year. If we do not manage to do all the work that our boss wants us to do in the office time, we have to finish it at home and handle it in on the following day.  There is nothing like rat race in my workplace, and all the forms of friendly collaboration are the most valued.
