P1 (-3,0), R1= 4

x^2 + y^2 - 6x - 7 = 0 -->(x-3)^2 + (y-0)^2 = 16
P2 (3,0) , R2 = 4

Jarak P1 P2 = (3)-(-3) = 6
R1 -R2  = 0
R1+R2 = 8

0 < 6 < 8 --> |R1 - R2| < P1P2 < R1+R2 --> kedua nya berpotongan
