Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit agar adonan menjadi kalis. Jangan terlalu encer . 3.masukan pisang yang sudah di kupas dalam adonan. 4.Siapkan wajan penggorengan dengab ditambah minyak goreng secukupnya hingga saat pisang digoreng terendam secara keseluruhan. 5.Goreng pisang hingga matang dengan api kecil agar pisang bisamatang secara menyeluruh. 6.Setelah warna berubah kuning kecoklatan angkat pisang dari wajan penggorengan dan tiriskan.
