x=(-3+3y)/2

4x+5y=49
x=(49-5y)/4

(-3+3y)/2=(49-5y)/4
4(-3+3y)=(49-5y)2
-12+12y=98-10y
12y+10y=98+12
22y=110
y=5
remplazamos 
2x-3y=-3
2x-3(5)=-3
2x-15=-3
2x=-3+15
x=6
