Make similar conversations for these situations. Imagine you are staying with a host family while you are on an English language course in the UK or the USA. Continue each conversation if you can.
1. You came home after class and would like to make yourself a cup of hot chocolate . Your host is quite happy about that and tells you where everything is in the kitchen. Think him/her and ask if he/she has had a good day.
2. You want to watch a sports programme on TV. Unfortunately your host wants to watch the news which is on at the same time.

A:Hey ,what are you going to watch on TV at 6 p.m.?
B:I'm going to watch the news then.
A:Don't you want to watch a sports programm with me?
B:Sure ,I'd love to. That's much more intresting than the news.
A:Great ,I'll make a popcorn .
