Susi Pudjiastuti or what we know as "mentri susi" is an Indonesia's Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries under President Joko Widodo's 2014-2019 Working Cabinet. She is also the owner of PT ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product.
She was born January 20, 1965, in Pangandaran, West-Java, she is fifthy years old, the eldest of three children of H. Ahmad karlan and Hj. Lasminah. She is Javanese, but her family are fifth-generation settlers of Pangandaran which is predominantly Sundanese. She is tall, but not too tall. She is thin And she is old. She has got short brown curly hair. She has got brown skin. She is beautiful.
Susi education from elementary to junior high school in Pangandaran. her educational background continued in 1980, after graduating junior high school,she left his hometown and moved to Yogyakarta in order to continue his study at SMAN 1 yogyakarta. Unfortunately, her education must be stopped in the second grade. Its failure was not because she was lazy learning because Prolonged illness. until finally she decided not to return to school.
In 1983 Pudjiastuti embarked on a career as an entrepreneur, starting as a seafood distributor at a Fish Auction Facility (TPI) in Pangandaran. Her distributorship evolved into a seafood processing plant in 1996 named PT ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product which specialized in export quality lobsters packaged as "Susi Brand."
On 26 October 2014, President Joko Widodo appointed Pudjiastuti as Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries under his 2014-2019 working cabinet. Pudjiastuti is the first Indonesian minister to have never completed a High School education.
