Despejamos "y" de ambas ecuaciones
y = 3 - 2 x / 5
y = 3 x - 1 / 2
igualamos
3 - 2 x / 5 = 3 x - 1 / 2   pasamos el 5 y el 2 multiplicando
2 ( 3  - 2 x ) = 5 ( 3 x - 1 )
6 - 4 x = 15 x - 5
- 4 x - 15 x = - 5 - 6
- 19 x = - 11
x = - 11 / - 19
x = 11 / 19

Calculamos "y"
y = 3 ( 11/19 ) - 1 / 2
y = 33/19 - 1 / 2
y = 33/19 - 19/19 / 2
y = 14/19 / 2/1
y = (14)(1) / ( 19)(2)
y = 14/38
y = 7/ 19

Entonces "x + y " es
x + y = 11/19 + 7/19
x + y = 18/19
