I'd choose the first photo. The first metod is easy to organise and don't need a lot of space. What's more, this method involved more people than the second method and lots of people will take part in it. I'm rejecting the second option, because it isn't connection with event. Sharing hair could be embarassing. I think sell food will raise more money. I'd definitely take part.
