A man went into a shop in France, gave the shop assistant a €100 note and asked her to change it. While she was opening the cash till, the man took a gut out of his pocket. He told her to give him all the money in the cash till - but he forgot to take back the €100 note. He put the money in a bag and counted it when he got home. There were a lot of notes and coins, but the total was only €89.50! and the note he left behind had his fingerprints on it. It wasn't the man's first crime, so the police could identify him from their records. :)
