Czas present perfect tworzymy w następujący sposób:

- jeśli osoba to I, you, we, they:

   osoba + have + trzecia forma czasu przeszłego czasownika

- jeśli osoba to he, she:

   osoba + has + trzecia forma czasu przeszłego czasownika

 

W przeczeniach:

osoba + has/have (jw.) + not + trzecia forma czasu przeszłego czasownika

 

has + not = hasn't

have + not = haven't
