In the picture I can see a middle-aged woman. She is in the firstground. She is probably from Asia as her skin is yellow. She is wearing a big straw hat and dirty clothes. In the background there are destoyed building. There is propably her house. She is holding two buckets. Inside those buckets there are some clothes. Ithink that those building are destroyed by a hurricane or an earthquake.
