A: Yes, I did.

B: Well, I can change your camera for a new one.

A: I would like to return it and have my money back, is that possible? I don't like this camera

B: Unfortunately not. But you can choose a different model in place of this one.

A: Yes, I'll choose a different one.

B: Please show me your receipt then and fill in the complaint form.
