Hello Ann and Tom

I'm writing to you, because you should know that my visit in England is delayed.for some time.

I'm really sorry that I won't be able to see you now, but two days ago I got injured when I was playing volleyball with my classmates.at school. I wanted to block an attacking person and sadly after the successful attempt, my leg bended under the weight of my body and something horrible happened to my shin. Quickly I was taken to hospital and my leg was put in a cast. I'm in bed two days already and I'm afraid I have to stay here a few weeks more.

A doctor said that it's not that serious and in two weeks they will take off the cast and I won't need any other treatment..Spending few weeks at home isn't that bad, now I have much time for reading my favourite books and watching TV. On the other hand, I can't play any sport and meet with friends, that's why I can't wait when I'll be fully recovered.

I hope you haven't had a similar accident yourselves and that you have a great time in England. We'll see another time.
