We all know how is it like to feel angry,annoyed,mad,frustrated or furious.Anger is one of the most misunderstood human emotions and it is a natural emotion that every human experience in their life.People often shown anger when they are sad and mostly it is a result of increasing sadness if you get to the maximum point of sandness then you're becoming angry at everything around you.For example if you have a bad day and your friend keeps talking to you about her ex-boyfriend you will get angry very soon,you might start shouting at her and telling her how selfish she is that she doesn't care about you.There is also a probability that you will say too much and then feel miserable and angry at your self for having a big mouth,but on the other hand it is wrong to suppresing anger instead of getting rid of it,which can cause health problems such as depression.There are many ways of getting rid of anger for example breathing gently or exercise.10 minutes of jogging helps your body to calm down and also brings back humour.So keep smiling it can make your day much better.!
