It can be applied by removing one of the main causes of starvation like a bad economy.

It consists of people not having a proper nutritional diet.

1. Rules of hunger in practice can be caused by poverty lack of money for livelihood and food. 

2.Hunger is on the suffering and when we do not have anything to eat sometimes die from lack of money and sometimes from lack of work .
