Dear Sir or Madame
I am writing to make a complaint about the TV which I bought from your shop in Cambridge on 5th MAy .
When I came home and turned it on it worked fine but i didn't hear the sound and the colour was only black and white .
 I am returning the TV to your shop with this letter , because when I was trying to return it to your shop the shop assistant was impolite und unpleasn't for me . she said that was my fault and she told me to go out .
 I would be gratefull if you would repair the fault or send me new TV .
 I look forward to hearing from you .

I'm writing to complain about the MP3 player I bought few days ago in this shop. Unfortunately it' s broken. I can't turn it on. I read instruction many times, but it didn't help. As a consequence I would like a full refund or a new plazer at once. I would like to know when you will be able to come to your decision. If again you will not answer my message I will contact my lawyer. Yours faithfully,
