If somebody want to be in good condition, should do a any sports,proper a diet, care about hygiene, give up bad habits like drinking alcochol or smoking cigarette. 

 Unhealthy eating like fast food , many sweets, snacks are very dangerous for health, because people can get overweight,high blood plessure or some types of cancer only because of that.

Healthy lifestyle mean eat many vegetables and fruit, fish, rice,brown bread,lean meat and drink mineral still water and stop eat fast food and sweets.If someone want have healthy lifestyle, should do a sport like running or play vollyeball etc. 

My recipe for keeping fit and healthy is caring about yourself, thinking what you are eating, finding a time for do a sport.

1. I can do in good condition as jogging, walking, swimming and cycling.

2. Unhelathy eating is dangerous to health becauce it carry on overweight, obese and thus suffer from circuaatory disordes.

3. A menat by healthy lifestyle is enought sleep, rest, eat three meals a day and combined with some psychical activity.
