It happened 3 years ago when I was visiting London. A friend of mine invited me to visit her in London as she had gone there 2 years before. She got a well-paid job there as a big company manager, she started her studies at London's University and she rented a flat with her sister. As I had no plans for my holidays I decided to go there. I exchanged some money and bought a ticket. On 12th July I said goodbye to my parents and sat on the bus. The journey wasn't very tiring and I made some friends on the bus. I met a fantastic girl called Agnes on the bus. She changed the places so she sat next to me. We talked a lot till we reached the centre of London. We said goodbye to each-other but I couldn't resist not to watch her go further and further away. Then I decided to call my friend to pick me up from the station but suddenly I realized I didn't have both, my money and my mobile. I didn't remember my friend's phone number and I didn't have any money to take a taxi. I begged a taxi-driver to take me to her place but he refused. I didn't know what to do. Fortunately I met a policeman in the street and he gave me directions how to get to the spot. I walked all the way long. When I reached my friend's house I couldn't believe it - she wasn't there. She went shopping and I had to wait another 5 hours in front of her house. Finally she came and my fantastic holidays began.
My most disastrous holidays
