Wymień trzy wady i zalety dawania nagród i pieniędzy za dobrą naukę/pracę. po angielsku oczywiście;)

Pros:

1. Higher motivation - people would know there is a great weight on them so they would be more commited to the job/studying.

2. Manipulating person - controling him with the use of money or the gifts.

3. A rise in ambition - a competition in who will get the gifts/money would arise and so people would get more ambitious, would want to achieve more, and more.
Cons:

1. Waste of money - the similar effect can be achieved using fear (e.g. of losing a job)

2. It may lead to the situation, where one become too vain and won't work/learn if he doesn't get any money/gifts.

3. Overworking that might lead to the exhaustion or even death of exhaustion.
