Potrzebuję listu FORMALNEGO (w jęz. angielskim rzecz jasna), w którym przedstawię skargę do biura podróży o nieudaną wycieczkę. Mają być zachowane wszystkie elementy listu FORMALNEGO. List ma być napisany poprawnie językowo oraz temat koniecznie ma być MAKSYMALNIE wyczerpany. Za błędną czy niepoprawną pracę lub nipełne wyczerpanie tematu zgłaszam nadużycie! :)

Dear Mr Smith,
Between the 8th and 15th of July I was in Cape Town on a trip organised through your travel agency and wish to express my dissatisfaction with it.
The charter plane I was on was supplied with a scant quantity of food, meaning I arrived at the destination airport both hungry and tired. Soon after landing, I learned that a bus was not ready to take us to the hotel hence I had to wait nearly two hours for it! The hotel itself was not the one depicted in the brochure. In fact, it was at the utmost a 3-star hotel instead of the promised 4-star one.
I expect compensation for the trip; a full refund or a replacement trip. Furthermore I would like a letter of apology.
I have been significantly chagrined by this whole affair and would appreciate a swift reply to my letter.
