2.Why are you putting on your wellingtons? Because it's raining and I want to go for a walk.

3.Listen. I wonder what is happening in that classroom. Everybody is laughing. Do you call that a lesson? 

4.What are you doing? Can't you hear the kettle boiling? Grandpa is waiting for his tea. I always give it to him. Why don't you do it just this once?
