*poskarżysz się,że odtwarzacz nie działa
*napisz dokładnie gdzie i kiedy go zakupiłeś
*zarządaj zwrotu pieniędzy
*wyrazisz niezadowolenie z obsługi w sklepie
120-150 słów PROSZĘ O POMOC!!!Dam naj:)

Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing this letter to complain about a CD player which I bought in your shop last week. I am deeply disappoited with it.
The CD player doesn't work. I tried many times to put a CD into it but it is pointless. Your product is probably broken or has a hidden defect. I bought it last Monday in your shop on Trafalgar Square in London. In addition to this, the service was awful. The shop assistant was impolite and unqualified. It took him half an hour to help me find a right CD player.
From the reasons I wrote above you can imagine my strong dissatisfaction with both your faulty appliance and poor service. I believe that I am entitled to get a full refund for the CD player. I hope that you will take into consideration my demand. I am looking forward to receiving a prompt reply.
