Hi Kevin,
I'm writing to you because my flight to London was a mess. As I was getting accustomed to my seat, a stewardess approached me and said that I had to leave the plane because another passenger had been assigned to my seat. We argued for a while and to my relief she found him an empty seat to occupy. I was really anxious because I thought I would have to disembark and wait until the following day for the next flight. I wouldn't wish for anyone to have such a situation on their way somewhere. What do you think about it? Please let me know soon.
