We are holding the knife and we are spreading on butter.Then slices of bread we are putting cheese as well as we are covering the ham with the second slice. We cut to ossicles in we are filling to skewers. Ready! Tasty

Take two big pieces of bread. Put some butter on them. Put four pieces of lettuce,some fried onion,one chop,some tomato,some pepper and salt,and some ketchup on one piece of bread.Cover it with the other piece of bread. Put your sandwich on a plate.
