4x +  -y = 19 (x3)
sehingga
12x +  8y = -20
12x + -3y = 57   -
        11y=-77
            y= -7

cari x, subtitusikan y
4x - y = 19
4x - (-7) = 19
4x + 7 = 19
4x =12
x = 3

HP = {x,y} = {3, -7}

p+q = 3 + -7 = -4
