I can see on this picture a person  who is taking photo of Statue of Liberty in New York city. I see only her/his hands which are holding digital Camera.There is a lake or other tank of water, which separates this person from statue. Behind the water there is a large city, which is a background of the photo. The next person who is on the picture is standing in front of the first person. Thay can be tourists who have been visiting New York.
