In the picture i can see a couple of young persons cleaning the beach out of trash. In the first plan there are 2 boys holding the trash bag and one is picking up the trash. I think they are doing this for earth day because they are all dressed the same with earth logo in front of their shirts. It's sunny because everyonne is wearing a t-shirt and shorts, and the hats to protect them from the sun. In the second plan i can see some buildings, that might be the city and a couple of people  watching everything, probably just out or curiosity
