1. I think that this group of people is celebrating someone's birthday. A big birthday cake made me thought that.

2. There are advantages and disadvantages of having a large family. One of good things is that many people can give you a hand when you need help. Another virtue is that you can spend your time with people you know and you will never be alone. On the other hand you might have a family which doesn't understand you and which you don't really like. Then family parties will not be something you wait for impatiently. Another drawback is that you may have to go to different celebrations, buy presents and take care of little children which you may not like.

3. The last family celebration I went to is my uncle's birthday party. I remember that he was in a good mood then because many of his friends came there. There were many members of my family, for example my grandparents and my cousins. The party was well organised. The food was really tasty but with some exceptions. I can recall that we went back home lately as majority of the guests. It was really nice party.
