Well I think the top picture will certainly be better. Although breakfast shown below is getting increasingly popular, the top one is the traditional one, and has been in Britain for longer. Additionaly, food shown below isn't British, but eating such foods has come from abroad. That is why I would choose the first picture, which is the traditional British Breakfast, also called the Full Breakfast!
