I don't really like Polish, traditional food. It verry often contains a lot of fat. But there are exceptions, in regional food. For example in the mountains in Zakopane we can eat tratidional food which are goat chees made by highlanders. In my opinion, the worst polish food are a stew and gallimaufry. I hate them because they contain a lot of fat, but also because there are a lot of cabbage in them. In Poland we can buy a lot of food, that are traditional food in other countrys, like hamburgers from USA or Pizza from Italy.
