1. I think that our choice of clothes doesn't reflect our personality in general, but our choices can have a big influence, because people will perceive us, depending on that they will look.

Our personality can be a reflection of your lifestyle, but it will never the main impact and people shoudn't think that our personality is "the same" as our clothes.

 

2. In my opinion it's not necessary to have a lot of money to look and dress fashionably. It's all depends on people. Secondhands are a really huge source of the  fashionable clothes and that place isn't very expensive. It allows you to look fashionable and you don't have to spend a lot of money.
